Words That Replace Nouns

Saying the same noun again and again makes sentences boring. Pronouns are words we use instead of repeating a noun. Instead of saying 'Maria likes Maria's cat because Maria's cat is cute', we say 'Maria likes her cat because it is cute.' Pronouns make English smoother.
